    This site uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and stores nothing on your device. That is why there is no cookie banner.

  3. What data and why

    Booking requests. When you write by email, Telegram or Instagram, I process what you choose to share: your name, contact, the date, place and type of event and the message itself. The purpose is to answer, prepare an offer and conclude and perform a booking agreement. Legal basis: steps prior to and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

    Running the site. The host, Vercel, automatically logs technical data on every page load (IP address, time, requested URL, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  4. How long

    Messages about requests that did not lead to a booking are kept for no longer than 12 months. Data about confirmed events is kept for the term of the agreement and then for as long as Czech accounting and tax rules require. Vercel keeps its technical logs only briefly, under its own rules.

  5. Recipients and transfers outside the EU

    Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is technically processed by the services we talk through: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Google (Gmail), Telegram and Meta (Instagram). Vercel and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Telegram and Instagram are used under their own terms.
